Dairy Checkoff to Hold 'Show Your Pride' Producer Photo Contest

Dairy producers from across the nation have an opportunity to show their enthusiasm for the dairy industry, Fuel Up to Play 60 and the National Football League during the third annual 'Show Your Pride' producer photo contest, which is sponsored by the National Dairy Council.
Organizers say they are looking for people to capture their passion and creativity in a photo for the chance to win a visit from an NFL player to your dairy farm.
The rules of the photo contest are simple: get your family and employees in on the act by wearing your favorite NFL team's jerseys and other gear. Involve your cows by covering them in a team blanket or some other tasteful gear; or decorate your barn in NFL colors, team banners or posters. Then send your
festive photos along with your name, address and telephone number to the National Dairy Council.
In mid-September, a website link will be provided where farmers, industry representatives and others can vote on their favorite photo.

Last year, Matt Diederichs of Fond du Lac was chosen as the winner of the 2011 Show Your Pride photo contest.
