Wisconsin Ag Connection - 10/18/2017

The University of Wisconsin-Extension Swine Team, along with the Wisconsin Pork Association, are inviting pork producers and industry professionals from across the state to the annual Badger Swine Symposium. The program takes place November 10 at the UW-River Falls Agriculture Science Building.

Organizers say the symposium will include a number of state and national speakers on important topics impacting the pork industry, including on-farm PRRS experiences, upcoming regulatory changes, pork quality in meat lab, and swine euthanasia. There will also be a panel discussion on Niche Pasture Pork production.

Registration will begin at 9:30 a.m. and the program will kick off at 9:45 a.m.

The program will be free to attend, and lunch will be included with support from the Pork Check-Off funds.
