PDPW to Hold Farmer Communications Workshops

The Professional Dairy Producers of Wisconsin is holding a series of workshops in Wisconsin Dells during the coming months to help farmers articulate their message more clearly within their businesses and to the public. The 'Dairy's Visible Voice Leadership Program will kick-off November 3. The group will then meet monthly through April.
The five-part communications training is designed for farm owners, managers, team leaders and anyone who interacts directly with others in the dairy industry.
Combining classroom instruction with hands-on activities, the training will provide participants with proven communication skills that will position their business for success and amplify the value they bring to the local community.
Participants will also learn how to listen so they can respond more effectively.
