New Foremost Farms Leadership Positions Announced
Wisconsin Ag Connection - 10/21/2014
The new president and CEO of Foremost Farms USA has announced the promotion of two staff members to the co-operative's executive leadership team. Michael Doyle, who replaced the retiring Dave Fuhrmann earlier this month, says Jim Hamm has been appointed to the newly created position of vice
president-strategy and business development; and Mark Graupman has become vice president-finance.
Hamm joined Foremost Farms in 2008 as director of financial planning and analysis. He became director of strategic planning and investment two years ago. Prior to Foremost Farms, Hamm held a senior management position with a Minnesota-based private energy company.
Graupman had been serving as director of finance and controller. He has has worked at Foremost Farms for 32 years, where he has coordinated risk management activities and was instrumental in the development of business intelligence tools, the company's Equity Investment Plan, and acquiring New Markets
Tax Credit financing.
Doyle says the future of the company will be driven by how well the company uses its technical and manufacturing expertise to deliver innovative products and services that help our member-owners and customers succeed in the years ahead.
