WFBF Sets Goal of $100,000 for Centennial Fundraising

In commemoration of its 100 years of service, the Wisconsin Farm Bureau Foundation is kicking off a fundraising campaign in hopes of raising over $100,000 for agricultural education and leadership programs.

WFBF Chief Administrative Officer Dale Beaty says Rural Mutual Insurance has committed to matching all donations of $1 to $10,000 up to a total $100,000.

"We are very appreciative of Rural Mutual Insurance's generosity," Beaty. "This fundraising effort is meant to celebrate Wisconsin Farm Bureau reaching 100 years and Rural's gift will surely do just that in laying the foundation for our future."

Donations are being accepted through November 20 at various levels and are tax deductible.

The Farm Bureau's Foundation was established in 1988 to provide support for agricultural education and leadership programs.
