4-H Meats Judging Contest Slated for February
Wisconsin Ag Connection - 11/26/2014
The Wisconsin State 4-H Meats Judging Contest is scheduled for February 14 at the University of Wisconsin-Madison's Meat Laboratory.
Organizers say registration will take place from 12:30 to 1 p.m. with the contest starting at 1 p.m.
The highest scoring senior team will participate in the National 4-H Meat Judging Contest in Kansas City, MO. The second place senior team may participate in the National Western 4-H/FFA Meat Judging contest in Denver, Colorado.
There is also a junior division of the contest.
