Some McDonald's Locations Serving Wisconsin Cheese Curds
Wisconsin Ag Connection - 12/02/2016

Another fast-food chain is offering Wisconsin-made cheese curds at many of its restaurants. McDonald's has announced it will serve fried cheese curds at all 290 of its locations throughout the Dairy State.

The curds will be available in a four-ounce serving for a limited time. The product will also be featured on McDonald's McPick menu which allows customers to select two items for $5.

According to the Wisconsin Wisconsin Milk Marketing Board, the promotion is being held exclusively in Wisconsin.

"This is a great example of a supplier, account and check off organization partnership," says WMMB Foodservice VP Allen Hendricks. "Now, Wisconsinites everywhere can enjoy a traditional taste of Wisconsin with their favorite McDonald's menu item."

Fried cheese curds are also available at many Culver's locations throughout the state.
