Didion Milling Announces Executive Leadership Changes
Wisconsin Ag Connection - 02/16/2016

Didion Milling announced that Riley Didion has been named president of the company, effective immediately. Riley is the second generation to assume leadership of the family owned and operated business that was founded in 1972 by brothers John and Dow Didion.

"Riley will be a key factor in Didion's continued success," says Dow Didion. "His personal and professional values closely align with our culture and he brings to this position a strong track record of developing people and inspiring teams."

Riley previously held the positions of Vice President of Business Development and Sales Manager at Didion Mill. Before joining the company in 2012 he was Vice President at Grubb & Ellis, a corporate real estate company. In his new role, he will focus on day-to-day operations within the company's corn mill and ethanol plant.

The transition is part of a strategic succession plan, designed to streamline company operations. This plan includes a reorganization of leadership positions within the company; current president Dow Didion and CEO John Didion will transition into roles on Didion Milling's Board of Directors.
