Equity Co-op Announces New Hires

The Equity Cooperative Livestock Sales Association has announced the addition of two staff members at some of its locations around Wisconsin.
Bryant Gill will assume the position of assistant market manager at the Monroe sale barn, where he will be responsible for serving producers in the country and also assisting at the market. He previously managed two other sale barns and worked several years
as an assistant to farm broadcaster Pam Jahnke in Madison.
Also, Kate Marquardt has been hired as the accounting clerk at the cooperative's headquarters in Baraboo. She will work with auction markets to review updates for patrons and buyers, as well as balancing recaps and sales. Marquardt will also assist with daily
accounting tasks at the office.
Equity Co-op operates 14 locations and assists producers with the marketing, managing and financing of their agricultural businesses.
