Fire Damages Storage Building at Marshfield Ag Research Station

A large fire destroyed a storage building at the University of Wisconsin Ag Research Station in Marshfield on Monday evening.
According to authorities, the blaze caused about $300,000 in damages as the structure was completely destroyed, along with a tractor and some hay that was being stored in facility.
The city's fire chief said no injuries were reported and the cause of the fire is still being investigated.
No other areas of the research farm were affected by the fire.
