Culver's Launches New 'Farming Fridays' Social Media Campaign
Wisconsin Ag Connection - 06/23/2016

Culver's wants to help its loyal customers better understand the world of agriculture and farming through a seven-week social media series called #FarmingFridays. The Wisconsin-based restaurant chain is asking agricultural influencers to share photos and videos during the summer months on its Facebook, Twitter and Instagram accounts each Friday through August 5.

"Our restaurants are committed to helping our guests learn more about the people behind the food that they eat," said Culver's Marketing Vice President David Stidham. "We're humbled by the opportunity to help agricultural experts share their stories with people who otherwise may not have a chance to get a behind-the-scenes look at what it's like to have a career in agriculture."

Some of the pre-selected participants of the campaign include Peterson Farm Bros., The Farmer's Daughter USA, National FFA Officers, Alice in Dairyland, Dairy Carrie, and Pam Jahnke the Fabulous Farm Babe.

The initiative is part of Culver's 'Thank You Farmers' program, which recognizes the hard work and commitment of the farmers who feed the nation.
