Natural Resources Board to Meet in Madison

Requests to consider the 2019 black bear harvest quotas and proposed rules related to establishing the 2019 migratory bird season framework and regulations are among the items the Wisconsin Natural Resources Board will address when it meets January
22-23 in Madison.
The board will also be asked to approve proposed fisheries and wildlife management spring fish and wildlife public hearing questions, consider a request for adoption of proposed rules related to volatile organic compound control regulations for lithographic
printing; consider requests for proposed rules relating to septage hauling, assessment and remediation of contaminated sediments, and wildlife refuges and closed areas; among other items.
