June Class III Milk Price Falls Back to $16.27

The USDA announced that the June Class III milk price was released at $16.27 per hundredweight. That's down 11-cents from May's price, but $1.06 more than June 2018.
So far, the Class III price has averaged $15.25 during 2019.
The Class IV component price was 54-cents higher than last month at $16.83, and $1.92 more than last year.
Meanwhile, the Wisconsin all milk price for May reached an 18-month high of $18.10 per cwt., up 20-cents from last month's price and $1.30 more than a year earlier. The U.S. all milk price was $18.00 per cwt.
