'Edge' Delegates Elect New Board Members, Officers
Wisconsin Ag Connection - 01/19/2018

Three board members of the Edge Dairy Farmer Cooperative were re-elected during the group's annual business meeting this week, held in conjunction with the Dairy Strong conference in Madison.

John Pagel, Kewaunee; Todd Doornink, Baldwin; and Mitch Davis, Belle Plaine, Minnesota, will each serve another three-year term on the panel.

Delegates also re-elected Pagel as president of the Edge board. Brody Stapel will serve the next year as vice president and Davis remains the group's treasurer. Jim Winn was also elected secretary.

Meanwhile, members also voted to officially rename the association as 'Edge,' after board members agreed on the new name for the former Dairy Business Milk Marketing Cooperative back in November.

The DBMMC was created in 2010 as a marketing cooperative to help dairy farmers receive better prices for their products.
