WI Auctioneer Bid Calling Contest Slated During State Fair

The Wisconsin Auctioneers Association is once again holding its annual State Champion Auctioneer Contest at the Wisconsin State Fair this summer.
The competition will be held August 8 at 1:00 p.m. in the Coliseum of the Wisconsin State Fair Park.
A top auctioneer will be chosen to represent the state at the National Auctioneers Association contest.
Organizers say there are 10 semi-finalist auctioneers vying for the title this year. Proceeds from the items they sell during the contest go to further WAA education, scholarships and the Wisconsin 4-H Foundation.
