Organizers of this year's Wisconsin Farm Technology Days in Clark County have posted another promotional video on Facebook. The latest piece takes a closer look at Roehl Acres, which is hosting the July 12-14 event this summer near Loyal.
The four-minute video features owners Dennis and Suzie Roehl talking about the history of their farm and how they're in the process of converting the operation to robotic milking systems. The Roehl children also explain their roles on the farm.
"Back in 1983, I went to my first Farm Technology Days and I remember looking at all the large machinery out there and thinking that it was the greatest thing ever," Dennis reminisced. "That was here in Clark County. As we were driving home, I looked at my dad and said, 'Dad, we can do this.'"
The group worked with Dan Hagenow Video Creation, LLC of Reedsville in producing the film.
