Mike Strupp, a dedicated member of the Washington County Farm Bureau, has been honored with the Wisconsin Farm Bureau Federation's highest award: Distinguished Service to Farm Bureau. The award recognizes Strupp's significant contributions to the organization and his unwavering commitment to agriculture.
Since joining the Washington County Farm Bureau in 1994, Strupp has consistently demonstrated exemplary leadership and dedication.
Mike has served on numerous committees and boards, including the Membership Committee, where Mike successfully recruited new members and earned recognition as a top performer.
His meticulous attention to detail was evident in his role as chair of the Building Committee, where he oversaw maintenance and tenant relations.
Strupp's passion for agriculture extends beyond his organizational roles. He actively participates in farm tours and educational programs, sharing his knowledge and enthusiasm with others.
Mike involvement in the Promotion and Education Committee further highlights his commitment to connecting people with the industry.
“Mike is admired for his humble spirit, work ethic, leadership and passion for agriculture,” said nominator and Washington County Farm Bureau member Peter Muth. “He brings it all to the Farm Bureau and our organization has benefitted greatly for it.”
Strupp's dedication to the Farm Bureau is evident in his participation as a voting delegate at annual meetings, his engagement in panel discussions, and his media outreach efforts. Mike work embodies the organization's mission and inspires others to contribute to the agricultural community.
“Mike exemplifies the heart and dedication that makes our organization strong,” said Wisconsin Farm Bureau Federation President Brad Olson. “His commitment to advancing agriculture serves as an inspiration to all of us in the Farm Bureau community.”
