Specialty Cheese Institute to Hold Golf Outing

The Wisconsin Specialty Cheese Institute is making plans for its 17th annual golf this summer.
The event takes place June 15 at University Ridge Golf Course in Verona, which is the premier golf course in the Madison area. The outing begins at 12:30 p.m. with a shot-gun start/scramble format and concludes with an awards presentation and tailgate
cookout. There will also be raffles and door prizes during the day.
The cost per golfer is $150, which includes greens fees, golf cart, practice range balls, yardage guides, personalized bag tags, box lunch and the tailgate cookout. Non-golfers are welcome to attend the evening tailgate cookout and program for $25 per person.
WSCI's mission is to promote and support the development of a robust, profitable specialty cheese industry in Wisconsin.
