Wisconsin Farm Bureau Names Endorsed Candidates

By Blake Jackson

The Wisconsin Farm Bureau Federation’s political action committee, Volunteers for Agriculture (VFA), has announced its endorsements for candidates running for the Wisconsin State Senate and Assembly ahead of the November 3 general election.

The VFA Committee consists of 18 farmers from communities across Wisconsin. The endorsement process is based on input from local county Farm Bureau organizations, candidate interviews, voting records, and positions on important agricultural issues. Through this process, Wisconsin farmers have a direct role in identifying candidates they believe understand and support agriculture and rural communities.
