Growers who do not receive their nomination forms by October 15, or who need clarification about the process, can contact DATCP by email at DATCPMarketOrders@wisconsin.gov.
The election is scheduled for December 4, 2026, through January 11, 2027. Winners will serve three-year terms beginning February 1, 2027, through January 31, 2030.
