The Association of Women in Agriculture chapter at the University of Wisconsin-Madison has elected its new leadership panel for the next school year.
The new officers are Sabrina Servais, president; Taylor Schaefer, vice president; Sophy Henisz, secretary; and Nicole Broege, treasurer.
The group also elected designated coordinating officers. They include Alexis Luedtke, membership coordinator; Sara Johnson, activities coordinator; Olivia Spaight, communications coordinator; Clarissa Gross, alumni coordinator; Kendra Gillett, fundraising coordinator; Kelsey Maurer, service coordinator; McKenzie Trinko, sentinel; Alexis Kwak, sunshine; Kimberly Mason, house manager; Grace Vos, house steward; and Mae Buttles, house assistant.
Meanwhile, Heather White, associate professor of dairy science and faculty director for the Dairy Innovation Hub, will continue with her role as AWA's advisor and will attend officer and general meetings throughout the year.
AWA is a professional, social and service organization for women with sincere interests in pursuing a career in agriculture or agriculture-related fields.
