Country Visions Co-op Offering Scholarships

The Reedsville-based Country Visions Cooperative announced it is offering $1,000 scholarships to 20 graduating high school seniors.

The scholarships are being made available to 2021 graduating high school seniors that are enrolled for the upcoming school year in an undergraduate degree program by an accredited college or university, or planning to attend a vocational or technical school. The parents or legal guardian of the student must be a member of Country Visions Cooperative and have purchased at least $2,000 worth of goods and services in the year prior to application. They must also have a minimum cumulative grade point average of 2.75 on a 4.0 scale during their previous educational years.

Recipients will be selected on the basis of academic performance, recommendations, essay question response, extra-curricular activities, employment experience and completion of application. Preference will be given to students majoring in agriculture.

Applications are due by March 31, with the final winners being notified this spring.

Country Visions has locations in several communities in Wisconsin. For more information about the scholarship program, call 920-754-4321.
