Dado & Tremaine Earn AWABC Graduate Student Scholarships



The Association of Women in Agriculture Benefit Corporation has awarded two scholarships totally $5,000 to alumni members of the Association of Women in Agriculture. This was the group's third year awarding graduate student scholarships.

This year's winners include Meikah Dado, who graduated in 2021 with degrees in Dairy Science and Life Sciences Communication and is currently pursuing a Ph.D. in Agricultural Leadership at Texas A&M; and Hannah Tremaine, a 2022 graduate of University of Wisconsin-Madison and who is continuing her education at the UW-Whitewater in the Speech-Language Pathology Master's program.

The Association of Women in Agriculture, headquartered on the University of Wisconsin-Madison campus, is a professional, service and social organization that promotes agriculture and the development of women who serve the agricultural industry.
