Dairy Calf & Heifer Association Offering Scholarship

The Wisconsin-based Dairy Calf and Heifer Association is now accepting applications for its annual scholarship program. Funds are awarded to a student currently enrolled in agriculture-related field at an accredited college or university.

"Today's students become tomorrow's producers, veterinarians, advisers and consultants, who play key roles in sustainable dairy calf and heifer enterprises," said DCHA Board President Elizabeth Quinn. "We proudly provide a $1,000 scholarship to a deserving student who will help grow the dairy industry's future."

Applicants must have completed at least one year of post-high school education. A person may receive the scholarship only once, and must meet the following requirements for consideration.

The recipient will be recognized during the 2021 DCHA annual conference in April.

Applications are due February 24. For more information or to join DCHA, call 855-400-3242.
