Some of the best tractor driving FFA members in the state will be heading to Eau Claire County this summer to show off their talents.
The annual Wisconsin FFA Tractor Operator's Contest is being held in conjunction with Wisconsin Farm Technology Days on July 20.
Event coordinators say the purpose of this contest is to have FFA members exhibit tractor maintenance knowledge and to encourage safe tractor use.
The contest consists of five different events, including a written examination, a practical routine daily check-up and a driver's obstacle course.
