Nominations for three director positions on the Ginseng Board of Wisconsin will be accepted through April 1.
The Wisconsin Department of Agriculture says registered growers may self-nominate or may nominate another registered grower.
The elected directors will serve three-year terms beginning July 1. A mail-in ballot elections will be held between May 15 and June 15.
To nominate a candidate, a ginseng grower must complete a nomination form and have it signed by at least five growers.
The DATCP will mail all ginseng producers nomination forms. Those producers not receiving a nomination form in the mail should call 608-224-5116.
