Wisconsin will now have some representation on the American Soybean Association board of directors. During the group's annual meeting in St. Louis last week, Tanner Johnson of Prairie Farm was among the delegates chosen to serve a three-year term on the panel.
Johnson is a salesman for Pioneer Seeds and was a 2018 graduate of the American Soybean Association/DuPont Young Leadership Program. He was also elected to the Wisconsin Soybean Association's board earlier this year.
The ASA board guides the organization through the coming year's top advocacy priorities, including the 2023 Farm Bill and other policy issues.
