Krentz Elected to American Farm Bureau Board



Wisconsin Farm Bureau President Kevin Krentz was one of 19 state leaders from across the country to be elected to the American Farm Bureau Federation's board of directors. The Waushara County dairy producer was chosen to sit on the panel during this week's AFBF annual meeting.

A WFBF board member since 2012, Kevin is president of Krentz Family Dairy, Inc., a 600-cow dairy operation that grows 1,300 acres of crops. He also serves as president of the Wisconsin Livestock Identification Consortium board of directors and served on a state commission in 2010 to evaluate regulations on raw milk.

Kevin position will be a two-year term.

Meanwhile, Andrea Brossard of Beaver Dam was elected vice-chair of AFBF's Promotion and Education Committee. She is a third-generation dairy farmer at Brossard Dairy Farm, LLC. She also serves on the Dodge County Farm Bureau board of directors and is a graduate of the Wisconsin Farm Bureau Leadership Institute and AFBF Women's Communications Bootcamp.
