La Crosse Seed, a division of DLF USA Inc., announce it has acquired Deer Creek Seed, Inc., which is headquartered in Windsor, Wisconsin.
As part of the transition, Deer Creek Seed will continue to operate each of its facilities in Ashland and Madison, as well as Effingham, Illinois.
Its staff will maintain in their current roles within the company to ensure continued long-term success and expert service for customers.
Deer Creek Seed was founded in 1980 by Bill and Bonnie Leakey.
La Crosse Seed offers high quality forage, turf, cover crop, wildlife, and native seed.
