Meeting Planned for Students Interested in Becoming State FFA Officers

Agriculture students who are interested in running for state FFA office may want to take part in a virtual informational meeting this week.

Organizers say the online session is a great way for students to learn what state office is all about and learn how to prepare for the process.

"This event is open to any Wisconsin FFA member interested in or planning on running for a state officer position this year or in the future," said State FFA Director Cheryl Zimmerman. "A great opportunity to ask state officers about their responsibilities, experiences and what is involved in serving as a state officer."

The Zoom meeting will be held April 15 from 6 to 8 p.m.
