On Tuesday, Liz Griffith, a human resource consultant with Encore Consultants, will cover on-board training techniques, effective ways to retain and reward employees and ways to communicate using other means of technology when in-person meetings are unavailable.
Nicole Bettinger Zeidler of Family Business Consulting Group will be Wednesday's presenter. She will teacher business managers and team leaders how to provide constructive feedback and manage challenging conversations.
And on Thursday, ag economist Dan Basse of AgResource Company returns with the latest news and analysis of agricultural markets.
