PDPW Announces Speakers for Sep 21 - 23 Weekly Dairy Signal

The Professional Dairy Producers of Wisconsin says another group of speakers are set to take part in the online Dairy Signal program this week.

On Tuesday, UW-Madison Dairy Science Professors Dr. John Goeser and Dr. Luiz Ferraretto will discuss the corn silage harvest in Wisconsin and provide tips on how best to incorporate this year's crop into your feeding program.

Jerry Wulf with Partner, Riverview LLP Beef will join Kelli Retallick of Angus Genetics Incorporated on Wednesday's program. With more producers crossbreeding with beef, they will talk about what it takes to plan a breeding program to meet the market's needs.

And on Thursday, UW-Platteville Dairy Professor Dr. Tera Montgomery and Troy Runge, professor with the UW-Madison, will give an update on the newest research and outreach funded by the Dairy Innovation Hub and their involvement with the upcoming Dairy Summit and Dairy Innovation Summit.

All episodes are free and available to the public, accessible from www.pdpw.org. They are streamed live at 12:00 noon or available on demand for later playback.
