The Professional Dairy Producers of Wisconsin says another group of speakers are set to take part in the online Dairy Signal program this week.
On Tuesday, Matt Oehmichen of Short Lane AG Supply will discuss best practices for aerial seeding and interseeding cover crops into corn and soybeans, as well as strategies for optimizing typical conservation plots such as waterways and buffers.
Dr. Don Miller, Ph.D. with Alforex Seeds will be Wednesday's presenter. he will go over the impact that fertilizer deficiencies can have on alfalfa growth and quality, and learn what options exist if you have deficiencies in your crop.
And on Thursday, Economist Dan Basse of AgResource Company will be back with his biweekly update on news and analysis of agricultural markets that will impact dairy producers and the ag industry.
