The Wisconsin Bankers Association (WBA) is hosting its 2025 Agricultural Bankers Conference at the Kalahari Resort & Convention Center in Wisconsin Dells on April 10-11.

This annual gathering, starting at 9:00 a.m. on Thursday and concluding at noon on Friday, is designed for agricultural bankers across Wisconsin to enhance their knowledge and professional networks.

Attendees will engage in over seven hours of presentations delivered by nationally recognized experts, providing insights into crucial industry topics.

The conference also offers valuable networking opportunities with more than 125 banking peers and interactions with exhibitors showcasing products and services tailored to agricultural banking.

The conference agenda features sessions on: updates from Washington by Ed Elfmann of the ABA; strategies for managing crop revenue and market price risks by Dr. Steven Johnson from Iowa State University Extension (retired); generational dynamics in agriculture by Jack Kasel of Anthony Cole Training Group; the future of agriculture and ag lending by Dr. David Kohl of Virginia Tech; a dairy outlook by Leonard Polzin of the University of Wisconsin Division of Extension; weather extremes and the upcoming growing season by Matt Reardon of Conduit Ag; and a Q&A session with Dr. David Kohl, Sam Miller, and Lynn Paulson.

Registration for bank members is $350 per attendee, which includes conference materials, meals, and refreshments.
