Wisconsin Farm Bureau Begins Search for Next CAO



The state's largest farm organization has began the process of looking for a new chief administrative officer after the recent departure of Kim Pokorny.

The Wisconsin Farm Bureau Federation's CAO oversees all day-to-day operations of the Madison-based farm organization, while carrying out actions, directives and policies of the board of directors.

Qualifications include superior leadership skills and the ability to coach, mentor and motivate staff. They must also posses the ability to develop and manage short and long-term budgets.

This position is based in Madison and requires some in-state travel and occasional travel to out-of-state events.
