The Wisconsin Youth Livestock Program (WYLP) is excited to offering these free, live Zoom educational programs for the spring of 2023. These current topics are for youth and adults alike and occur on the first Monday of the month from January through March. Each session begins at 7 p.m. CST with a presentation followed by question-and-answer time. Register for any or all the events to get the connection information by email.
For registration and details about each presentation, go to: https://go.wisc.edu/tnq61h. On this webpage, you can also find an educational verification form. Complete the form and turn it into your county fair and or livestock committee to verify your participation. These activities can serve as "county educational requirements".
These sessions will provide awareness and knowledge of animal agriculture and will give youth details on careers and how this area connects with your animal project.
Feb. 6 – Beef Evaluation and Cookery
March 6 – Reproduction Technologies in Animal Agriculture
