FFA Alumni Seeking Membership Award Nominations
Wisconsin Ag Connection - 10/14/2020

The Wisconsin FFA Alumni Association is now accepting nominations for program and member awards.

The Outstanding Young Member Award recognizes members who are 35 years or younger who play an active role in their local alumni chapter. Each chapter may nominate a young member for the award.

The Outstanding Achievement Award is a national award that recognizes outstanding lifetime achievement in the FFA Alumni and Supporters chapter at the local, state and national levels. Individuals can complete the application for themselves or the chapter may nominate someone.

The State Level Outstanding Chapter Award has three level categories based on the the size of the chapter. This application is shorter than the national application for those chapters who may not have the time or programs offered to apply for the national level, but recognizes chapters for their programs.

And the National Outstanding Chapter Award is the actual national application based on all aspects of chapter and state level activities to support FFA and agriculture education programs. The winner of this award at the state level is forwarded to the national level for judging at the next national convention.

Other awards nominations are being accepted for Team Ag Ed contributors, chapter newsletters, and chapter websites.

All award forms are due by November 1. For more information, go to: https://wisconsinaged.org/alumni/awards-and-grants
