Natural Resources Board to Livestream May 27 Board Meeting

The Wisconsin Natural Resources Board meeting scheduled for this Wednesday will be livestreamed to the public.
This month the panel will hear an elk herd update, consider approving the 2020 elk season quotas, and consider a request for approval of the 2020 - 2029 Lake Superior Fisheries Management Plan.
The board will also consider proposed rules related to simplifying the air permit processes, and proposed rules related to financial responsibility for engineering controls for contaminated sediment remediation.
Additionally, leaders will consider a statement of scope and conditional approval of the public hearing for several rules.
Due to public health advisories on COVID-19, the public will not be allowed to attend the meeting in person.
