CDR's Dairy Processing Course Taking Sign-ups



The Center for Dairy Research at the University of Wisconsin-Madison is now taking registrations for its online Certificate in Dairy Processing course. The program begins September 2 and runs virtually for 10 week.

The CDR is a dairy industry training program focused on providing quality plant workers and operators with a clear understanding of dairy plant processes.

Led by some of the leading experts in the field, this training program will use a practical applications approach to educate students on the basic aspects of dairy processing.
