DCHA Board to Remain Unchanged for 2021-22



All of the members of the Dairy Calf & Heifer Association board of directors will remain in place for another year.

That's according to DCHA Vice President Sam Gardner, who said directors voted to keep the leadership team the same for 2021-2022 during the group's annual meeting last week.

The board includes President Elizabeth Quinn, Vice President Sam Gardner, Secretary-Treasurer Jamie Franken, Sutherland, Iowa; Past President T.J. McClure, Johnson, Kan.; Northeastern Regional Director Emily De Benetti, Burgessville, Ont., Canada; Southwest Regional Director Clint Al-Ag, Friona, Texas; West Regional Director Megan Kissel, Bliss, Idaho; Producer-at-Large Director John Balbian, Amsterdam, N.Y., Academia Director Theresa Ollivett, University of Wisconsin, Madison, Wis.; Corporate/Company Director Kerry Nieuwkoop, Merck Animal Health, Chowchilla, Calif.; and Allied Industry-at-Large Director Jorge Delgado, Alltech, Andover, Minn.

Over 400 people attended the DCHA for its 25th annual convention held April 6-8 in Appleton, Wisconsin.
