The Wisconsin FFA Center announced it has extended the deadline for students to submit state FFA officer applications.
Executive Director Cheryl Zimmerman says members interested in running for state office now have until May 17 to submit their resume and paperwork.
"The Wisconsin Association of FFA is in need of state officer candidates to run for office for the 2021-2022 school year," Zimmerman said. "Serving as a state FFA officer is an exciting and rewarding opportunity and we need FFA members who will step up and serve even in times that are somewhat unknown."
Zimmerman adds that the FFA is flexible with working with students regarding work and college schedules.
