Foremost Farms USA Celebrates Safety Milestone

Foremost Farms USA announced a significant milestone in safety this summer. On July 24, the cooperative's Appleton facility reached 1 million hours worked without a lost time incident.

"We take safety extremely seriously as a company, and we are proud of this most recent accomplishment," said Foremost Farms CEO Greg Schlafer. "All of our employees understand safety is always our top priority. Achieving 1 million hours worked without lost time in our Appleton plant is the result of leaders and teams that are committed, trained, and focused on safety."

The company believes in a proactive approach to all aspects of health and safety by maintaining programs to engage employees in the safety processes across all its facilities.
