The Wisconsin Bankers Foundation has chosen four Wisconsin students to receive a $2,000 scholarship.
Among them are Nicholas (Cole) Hicken, who is graduating from Waupun Area High School with plans to attend the University of Wisconsin-Madison to study agricultural economics.
The scholarships are awarded annually to help current students further their education at an accredited Wisconsin college, university, or state-operated technical school.
Applicants were judged on a video submission, digital presentation, written essay and other creative means to explain the importance of financial literacy for students.
