The Professional Dairy Producers of Wisconsin says another group of speakers are set to take part in the online Dairy Signal program this week.
On Tuesday, Michelle McBride of GoodSport Nutrition will joing Tom Guerin with the Center for Dairy Research to talk about new beverage products being developed and marketed, such as hydrating sports drink formulated from milk.
Molly Browne and Tina Peterson, who are both department managers with the Dairy Farmers of Wisconsin, will be Wednesday's guests. They'll discuss the newest findings on consumer food interests and branding in the market place.
And on Thursday, Economist Dan Basse of AgResource Company will present the latest news and analysis of agricultural markets and trends that will impact dairy producers and the ag industry.
