The Professional Dairy Producers of Wisconsin says another group of speakers are set to take part in the online Dairy Signal program this week.
On Tuesday, Cheesemakers Pam Hodgson of Satori Cheese, Chris Renard of Renard's Cheese/Rosewood Dairy, and Andy Johnson from the Center for Dairy Research will discuss the importance of the Wisconsin Master Cheesemaker program.
Marsha Salzwedel with the Marshfield Clinic's National Farm Medicine Center will join Diane Rohlman of the Healthier Workforce Center of the Midwest on Wednesday's episode. They will talk about characteristics, possible distractions and impulsive behaviors of teenage farm workers and how to tap into a free online training course aimed at supervising young agricultural employees.
And on Thursday, Economist Dan Basse of AgResource Company will present the latest news and analysis of agricultural markets and trends that will impact dairy producers and the ag industry.
