On Tuesday, Will Babler of Atten Babler Commodities will evaluate some of the risk management strategies dairy producers are utilizing to manage amid current market trends and conditions.
Paul Bleiberg, a government relations officer of the National Milk Producers Federation, will be Wednesday's presenter. He will provide an update on what's happening on the national level and how it will affect the dairy industry.
And on Thursday, Matthew Oehmichen from Short Lane Ag Supply will join Stetsonville dairy farmer Peter Graff in going over the benefits of cover crops and how they impact productivity and sustainability of the land.
