The Wisconsin Department of Agriculture, Trade and Consumer Protection (DATCP) has announced the certification of the 2025 Wisconsin Soybean Marketing Board election results. Three soybean producers have officially begun their new terms as board members, effective September 1, 2025.
Representing District 3, David Justman of Platteville will serve soybean growers from Adams, Crawford, Grant, Juneau, La Crosse, Monroe, Richland, Sauk, and Vernon counties.
In District 4, Jonathon Gibbs of Fox Lake was elected to represent Columbia, Dodge, Fond du Lac, Green Lake, Marquette, Waushara, and Winnebago counties.
District 5 will be represented by Patrick Mullooly of Clinton, covering the counties of Dane, Green, Iowa, Lafayette, and Rock.
Each elected board member will serve a three-year term, working on behalf of Wisconsin soybean producers to support research, market development, and education initiatives aimed at strengthening the state’s soybean industry.
DATCP oversees elections for all state commodity marketing boards, ensuring producers across Wisconsin have representation in decisions that affect their industries. These boards play an essential role in shaping policies, promoting commodities, and enhancing market opportunities.
