The Wisconsin Soybean Association (WSA) has announced significant leadership changes aimed at strengthening Wisconsin’s presence in national soybean advocacy.
Steve Trzebiatowski is departing WSA to join the American Soybean Association (ASA), where he will leverage his experience to support soybean farmers nationwide. During his tenure at WSA, Trzebiatowski has been a dedicated advocate for Wisconsin growers, spearheading initiatives in grower education, policy, and industry partnerships.
Luke Goessling has been appointed as Trzebiatowski’s successor at WSA. With a strong background in agricultural leadership, Goessling will oversee advocacy efforts, grower programs, and outreach, ensuring Wisconsin’s soybean industry continues to thrive.
Additionally, Wisconsin’s Tanner Johnson has been elected treasurer of ASA’s executive committee. His election underscores the influence Wisconsin growers maintain in shaping national soybean policy and advocacy.
“Steve has made a lasting impact on Wisconsin soybean growers, and we are excited to see him take his leadership to the national level,” said Doug Rebout, WSA president. “We are equally proud of Tanner for being named treasurer of ASA, and we warmly welcome Luke to the WSA team as we continue to serve our members and the broader Wisconsin soybean community.”
