Abbyland Foods Reports Three COVID Cases Among Staff

Another Wisconsin meat processing company has reported that workers within its facility have been infected with Coronavirus. Gannett's USA Today Network is reporting that three employees at Abbyland Foods Inc. in Abbotsford have tested positive for COVID-19 and are in isolation.
The health departments in Clark and Marathon counties confirmed Wednesday that they are working with company leadership to trace and contain the virus.
Abbyland Foods makes meat and sausage products and has over 1,000 employees working in eight divisions.
The news has prompted the local health department to schedule drive-thru testing in Abbotsford later this week.
