Watertown Barn fire Causes $200,000 in Damages

Authorities are trying to determine the cause of a barn fire in southeastern Wisconsin this week.

The Jefferson County Sheriff's Department says the blaze was reported Tuesday morning near Watertown, which caused more than $200,000 in damages.

No people or animals were inside the structure at the time, but other personal items valued at $76,000 were also lost.

The Waterloo, Sullivan, Lake Mills, Clyman, Johnson Creek and Ixonia fire departments assisted at the scene.
